Southbank is a tiny subdivision in the Lake Asbury area, right across from the Ronnie Van Zant Park. It is connected to Silver Creek, by streets, but it is not part of the Silver Creek neighborhood. There are 95 homes. The first house built in Southbank was built in 1998 and completed the last one in 2007. The sizes start at approximately 1800 and go up to 2847.
