How many can relate to the negative self talk we do to ourselves? We would never talk to our kids, best friends or other halves the way we talk to ourselves, yet, we are down right mean to the one person we are around 24/7. That’s just crazy! I use to be the worse one. I knew I needed to make some changes and it started with the voice in my head. I decided that I deserved to be treated much better and I won’t allow myself to talk bad to myself. You can stop the negative self talk too. Won’t be easy and will take time and awareness, that it’s even happening. Isn’t that the trick? Is being aware that we are even doing it?
Make a list of your negative self talk, then make another list of positive words to replace the negative with. Everyday, read the positive until it becomes the norm, the default thought. You got this! Have a great week!!
