Clay County Fl Real Estate December 2023
Single family homes in Middleburg, Green Cove Springs, Orange Park and Fleming Island.
Unlike the Jacksonville Real estate market, Clay County saw a negative median sales price in December 2023, compared to the same month in 2022. However, with the less inventory level and almost the same amount of homes sold, we saw a drop in the months inventory levels. So that means we are still in a seller’s market, which I know is not what buyer’s want to hear.
Interest rates are dropping, and rumors are they will continue to drop into 2024. We shall see.
