We keep seeing a roller coaster ride with median sales prices in Clay County. They were up last month, but now they are in the negative by 17k! The market is shifting towards a more balanced, normal market, but some think the sky is falling when it is not. It will be interesting to see how the real estate market continues as we get into the fall months
