Just to get it out in the open, we are still seeing a seller’s market in Clay County for October. Inventory levels continue to go up. Days on the market are longer, but 40 days on the market isn’t bad folks. Buyer’s have more choices and sellers are still getting great prices for their homes. Median Sales Price: Looking at sold homes it means that half the homes that sold were more than 334,990 and the other half were less than 334,990.
