I know you have seen the blue sign stating it was to begin Summer 2012 and it still hasn’t begun! Well, the word from public works is that it is to begin March 2013. They didn’t answer the question of when it’s ending, but I will check back at a later date.
They are making it into 4 lanes with an open median. Also, I was told, and this makes me happy, is that at the intersection of CR 220 and CR 209, there will be a right turn lane, 2 through lanes and a left turn lane. Sweet. We really need that right turn lane only, because I see too many times of the current right hand lane being backed up, because of one person at the front going straight. Yeah for the simple things!
