Inventory levels went up yet again. About 100 houses more on the market, but despite what you hear on the news…..we are still in a seller’s market.
Did you know that when people read that there are changes in the real estate market, even when there’s not, they make decisions based on it, so then it can come true?
So, what does this mean for sellers? Your house needs to be show ready. Can’t be dirty or need lots of repairs. You can’t just throw any price at the wall and it will stick. Builders are offering incentives now.
How about buyers? You have a little more choices and you don’t have to help the seller move now. 🙂 You can ask for repairs and maybe not even have to waive the appraisal contingency.
