Asbury Downs in Green Cove Springs Market Report for October 2013

027

New vinyl fencing to the right of the entrance, and decorative brick with black wrought iron fencing on both sides of the entrance. They should be complete by next month’s market report, so I’ll take a picture of it and post.

Homes under contract in Asbury Downs

  • 2948  Whirlaway Ct , Green Cove Spring , FL32043                             3/2    1266       109,000

Two are short sales and one is seller owned, meaning it’s not a foreclosure or short sale. That one should close in the customarily 30-45 days, depending on the contract and how things move along. The short sales, well, let’s just say it’s anyone’s guess.
