Homeowners in Lake Asbury, I know your heart probably skipped a beat when you saw how low the house on Hazelwood sold for. Do not be afraid! It was in terrible shape and would not make for a very good comparable and would not be used, unless the home it was being compared too was similar. Tell your heart to slow down now, but not too slow of course. 🙂
