There wasn’t much change this month versus last month in the St Johns County Real Estate Market. I like to go back in time to compare what was going on in let’s say, June 2005 versus June 2013. The median price in June 2005 for St Johns County was 350,000, while in June 2013, it was 262,000. Also, there was 853 houses available in St Johns County in June 2005 and 336 sold homes. That gave us a monthly inventory of 2.54 months. So, our inventory level is higher now than in 2005.

Days on the Market– The length of time it took the house to get under contract from list date.
Sold REO– How many homes sold that were foreclosures (REO=Real Estate Owned).
Sold Short Sales– How many homes sold, that were short sales
