A little over 300 homes less on the market in November this year versus last year in November. It’s getting difficult to find certain types of homes. For example, I have buyers looking for a pool home in Clay County and there are not many out there. None of the ones on the market are talking to them. Crazy! This is great for sellers, as they can receive multiple offers and sell pretty quickly.
