If you scroll down to the chart you will see that the median sales price in Clay County went up this March compared to March 2024. Just when you thought prices were coming down, this happens. Alas, it is a roller coaster ride, then settles into a particular pattern for awhile. Over 300 more homes were on the market, but still seeing a weaker seller’s market.
Here’s a super awesome event happening in Clay County…..ground breaking for the new Animal shelter!!! Finally! The current shelter has flooded and it’s out farther away. The new building should be bigger and is in partnership with the County, Chewy Health, and Lincoln Memorial University. No, that Chey has nothing to do with the Wookie.

Median Sales Price: Looking at sold homes it means that half the homes that sold were more than 377,495 and the other half were less than 377,495.
