This Clay County Florida Real Estate Market update covers single family homes in Middleburg, Orange Park, Fleming Island and Clay County.

There is a big difference in the median sales price for Clay County this month compared to December 2023. About 300 more homes are on the market this year, so that means more to choose from. More competition for the sellers selling their homes. Just remember sellers that buyers looking in December are serious! They are not kicking tires, just to see pretty houses.

Average Days on the Market: This is the average based on the time the house came on the market until is went under contract.

Original List Price to Sales Price: This is the percentage of what the home sold for compared to what it was originally listed for. Not what it was listed for at the time it went under contract.
