We saw a decrease in the median homes sales for Clay County Florida in the month of October 2024 compared to the same month in 2023. Just shy of a 2% difference. We saw more homes on the market compared to last year, which actually has us leaning towards a weaker seller’s market and more balanced for both buyers and sellers.
