If you’re wanting to stay on the island of Fleming Island, you have some fun options. There are two golf courses, Eagle Harbor Golf Club and Fleming Island Golf Club. There are two public boat ramps to launch a boat or kayak. One is at the end of Lakeshore and the other on is at Black Creek Marina right by the bridge on Highway 17 going into Green Cove Springs. You can also launch a kayak at Doctors Lake Park off of N Lakeshore/White Owl. There are the various playgrounds in Fleming Island. Eagle Harbor Park, Moccasin Slough, Island Forest Park, Oak Creek Park, and Thunderbolt Park. Can’t forget United Soccer Alliance and Fleming Island Gymnastics.
