Drs Inlet Reserve in Middleburg Florida

Drs Inlet Reserve is a neighborhood with a Middleburg address, but super close to Fleming Island. With over 300 homes in the neighborhood, you will find there’s a small cozy feel, but plenty of people to get to know, or not, just in case you prefer to stay to yourself.

The neighborhood’s first home completed was in 2005, and the last one was finished in 2014. Square feet start a little over 1,200 and goes up over 3,600. So, there are alot of variations of sizes to meet your needs.

There is a community pool, volley ball court and playground. With that comes an HOA to manage the amenities, and to ensure Doctors Inlet Reserve maintains beautiful landscaping, plus a higher quality of life. Hey, they even do a yard of the month, so if gardening is your thing, this could be a fun competition. Currently the Cam team manages the Drs Inlet Reserves Home owner’s association.

Here’s the transportation department’s website, where you can add your address, and it will tell you what school’s you are zoned for. Now, in Florida you can choose where your child can go if you provide transportation AND that particular school has room. Our schools fill up fast due to all this new construction we are experiencing.

Where’s the grub?

Great location to get to some yummy places without driving far. Bambino’s is just around the corner and is excellent! G’s BBQ is close by off of Blanding Blvd. If you head to Fleming Island, you have multiple ice cream places, 10 different pizza joints, which is a little exaggerated, but only a little bit. A few Mexican restaurants to choose from. The Loop is a local favorite with a variety of food items on their menu. There’s too many to list here. Here’s some locals, that you read about as well. Clayeats is a Facebook group where you find more places to go get your meal on. Jacksonville Restaurant Reviews is a great resource on places to eat, not just in Jacksonville, but also in Clay County. I don’t advise you to look on their website while hungry. It will make you want to lick the screen.

Things To Do Nearby

If you’re new to Florida, I’m sure you still know we have a lot of fun on the water. If you own a boat, there are about 3 or 4 boat ramps close by. There’s Jennings State Forest where you can swim in a creek, trail ride, horseback ride and hike.
