
Arava is a subdivision in the Lake Asbury area of Green Cove Springs. Houses were built beginning in 2000 and go up to 2005. There’s approximately a little over 200 homes in Arava. The sizes start at a little over 1200 square feet and go up to close to 2900 square feet. There is a playground area within Arava, plus two ponds that you can go fishing, as long as you catch and release. There is a Homeowner’s Association managed by Professional Community Management at 904-298-2321 . The Clay County public schools nearby are Shadowlawn Elementary, Lake Asbury Jr High and Clay High School. That information can be researched using the Clay County School’s transportation tool.

Lake Asbury has a fun park called Ronnie Van Zant park. There are tennis courts, basket ball, a playground, pavilions and grills, baseball field, a pond in the back where you can fish, if you have a kid with you and your fishing license.
