New Homes! Bradley Creek @Lake Asbury in Green Cove Springs Fl

Bradley Creek is a newer neighborhood off of Russell Road in the Lake Asbury area of Green Cove Springs Florida. Located in Clay County, this neighborhood is located where you have multiple ways to get to shopping, interstates and highways. Super close to Fleming Island, Orange Park and Middleburg. Jacksonville is just a little north, with NAS Jax about 19 miles away. This is a great location for military folks commuting to NAS Jax. You can scroll to the end to see the map and get a visual of the location.

The are no CDD fees, but there is a HOA with fees around $141 a quarter. There is a playground, multi purpose field and trails to get out and about. There’s about a total of 100 home sites with the builder still building, so you can start from scratch or buy one that is ready to go. 12 floor plans with sizes ranging from 1,590 square feet to a little over 4,000 square feet. 2 and 3 car garages, 3 up to 5-6 bedrooms for the bigger floor plans.

Shopping

Super close to Winn Dixie, along with Subway, Zac’s Pizza, Master Wok, Present Tense Coffee and Books, KC Nails, Sweet Hydrangea Boutique & Maker’s Market, Just Teasin Hair Studio, SS Smoke & Vape, My Time Fitness, Asbury Dental & Implant and Mcdonalds. In the same plaza, but closer to Henley is Asbury Arts Center and Ascensions St Vincents.

There’s two gas stations, Along with Dollar General & Dalton’s Sports Grills. Just a little farther down Henley is multiple office buildings and a day care.
