 Rolling Hills at Lake Asbury is located in Green Cove Springs, Fl. Just south of Fleming Island and about a 30 minute drive from NAS Jacksonville, which is why many military families call this area home.

 Only 5 miles from Highway 17, so if you’re looking for some fun in the Florida sun, you can head south to St Augustine to hit the beaches or to hit downtown in the Historical area of St Augustine.

Rolling Hills is a new community that is adjacent to the Bradley Creek Greenway conservation area in Clay County, Florida. As you drive through the neighborhood, you will notice signs, letting you know the name of the Poolparticular part of the community you’re in. 

The amenity center at Rolling Hills, is just beautiful, with plenty of fun things to do. You have a pool to swim laps in, a pool to just chill, with a slide to create some serious splashing.

There are 6, very nice tennis courts. Sand volleyball court, next to the pavilion. A state of the art fitness club to help you get or stay in shape.

Short distance from the elementary and Jr high schools (more school info below) and the Ronnie Van Zant Park, which offers a pond that you can fish from(with a Fl fishing license and a child with you), playground, basketball courts, nature trail and more!
