Less homes sold in St Johns County last month, than April 2019, but not by much. A difference of 53 homes. May we will see that number a little higher, as I have taken a look at the current numbers. Less inventory and the median sales price was up by only 1.3%. May will be less than that!

Median Sales Price: Looking at sold homes it means that half the homes that sold were more than 339,990 and the other half were less than 339,990.
