Includes single family homes in St Johns, St Augustine, Nocatee, Ponta Vedra, Fruit Cove, Orangedale, Switzerland and Julington Creek.
So crazy to see just a small increase of the median sales price for St Johns County this month compared to June 2024. Just shows ebb and flow of real estate and why one or two months don’t tell the whole story.
