This month St Johns County saw a similar trend as Clay County and Jacksonville, just not as much. Let’s check out the median sales price for April 2013 which was $258,262. In April 2014 the median sales price was $293,595. That’s a difference of 13.7%. Lots of positive things happening in St Johns County.

Sold REO– How many homes sold that were foreclosures (REO=Real Estate Owned).
Sold Short Sales– How many homes sold, that were short sales
