Very similar numbers this year compared to last year in December 2012. With the months inventory at 4.11 months, that does give us an indication of being in a seller’s market. The median sales price for December 2012 was $260,780 and December 2013 the median sales price is $283,078. That’s a 8.6% difference.

Days on the Market– The length of time it took the house to get under contract from list date.
Sold REO– How many homes sold that were foreclosures (REO=Real Estate Owned).
Sold Short Sales– How many homes sold, that were short sales
