Looking at the stats for St Johns County, it seems to be the trend over Northeast Florida to have an increase in the number of available homes AND how homes sold for the month. That makes the months inventory running neck and neck vs last year in June.
The median sales price in St Johns for June 2014 was $290,000. In June 2013 it was $264,500. That’s a difference of 9.6%.
