St Johns County Real Estate saw a slight increase in the months inventory this month than what we saw in December. Very typical for this time of the year, due to less people shopping for a house around the holidays in December. Still, showing the market as balanced, which is a much improvement over last year at this time.

Days on the Market– The length of time it took the house to get under contract from list date.
Sold REO– How many homes sold that were foreclosures (REO=Real Estate Owned).
Sold Short Sales– How many homes sold, that were short sales
