Asbury Downs in Green Cove Springs Market Report for October 2013

Have you seen the improvements being made to the front of the neighborhood? Looking pretty sweet. New vinyl fencing to the right of the entrance, and decorative brick with black wrought iron fencing on both sides of the entrance. They should be complete by next month’s market report, so I’ll take a picture of it and post.

The house at 2865 Affirmed Ct Green Cove Spring , FL32043 (3/2   1733  115,000), which was pending last month, actually closed April 18 2013 for $115,00, but the listing company did not update it in the MLS until September 16 2013. No the listing agent was not me, nor my company. 🙂
