Asbury Downs in Green Cove Springs Market Report for October 2013

Have you seen the improvements being made to the front of the neighborhood? Looking pretty sweet. New vinyl fencing to the right of the entrance, and decorative brick with black wrought iron fencing on both sides of the entrance. They should be complete by next month’s market report, so I’ll take a picture of it and post.

Looks like a couple homes went under contract,  two had contracts fall through and one new to the market.
