Royal Pointe in Green Cove Springs Fl Market Report March 2014

Royal Pointe in Green Cove Springs Fl Market Report March 2014 I was walking through the neighborhood the other day and it struck me, that the homeowners in Royal Pointe are not afraid of color on their house. Guess what? It makes the neighborhood look really really nice. I’ve seen other neighborhoods with all neutral colors, and they are just BORING! All the houses look the same, but not in Royal Pointe. Plus there are decorative stone accents on quite a few of the homes, that gives it a unique style. The moral of the story: Don’t be afraid to splash some color on your house! 🙂
