Looks like Jacksonville is continuing the trend of increased inventory levels from last month. We even saw a decrease in the number of homes sold in Jacksonville for the month of November. It will be interesting to see what happens in the Jacksonville real estate market in the next few months. The median home price in November 2012 was $110,695. The median home sales price this November was $137,000. That’s a difference of 23.8%.

SP/OLP Ratio– Sales price to Original List Price, this is the percentage showing the difference of what the house was originally listed for and what it sold for.
Days on the Market– The length of time it took the house to get under contract from list date.
Sold REO– How many homes sold that were foreclosures (REO=Real Estate Owned).
Sold Short Sales– How many homes sold, that were short sales
