This is a super neat neighborhood in Orange Park Florida. This is a neighborhood that had the first house built in 1940, then jumped to 1954. There’s been houses built in every decade since. How is that you may ask? It’s not a neighborhood that was developed by one or a few builders. You bought your lot and could build whenever. There’s even a few lots in there, that a builder is selling so you can build new.

Where is Doctors Lake Estates located?

At the end of Doctors Lake Drive and Peoria. Close to College Dr and Kingsley Ave. If you need a visual, I’ve included a map below, showing the neighborhood.

If you are stationed at NAS Jax, this is a great location. About 24 minutes drive time, depending on when. I can’t guarantee this during rush hour. Actually, I don’t guarantee it at all. 🙂 Downtown Jacksonville, it’s about a 40 minute drive. St Augustine is nice to visit. That will take you about an hour, maybe a little more than an hour. What about the beach you ask? St Augustine Beach is a little over an hour, although the hour drive time can get you to Anastasia Island in St Augustine. Jacksonville Beach is about 49 minutes.
