100% Mortgage Financing in Northeast Florida

BBVA Compass has this great program to help you get into a home with less money out of pocket. It’s not a completely zero out of pocket loan though.

Compass does pay up to $4500 towards closing costs, but they do require $500 from your own funds. There are other items the buyer pays, like inspections, taxes, home owner’s insurance, and pre-paid interest.

Wait! Don’t leave yet! It is possible to structure the contract to ask for seller assistance for some of those fees or even gift money from a relative.
