It is amazing to see the months inventory lower than last year, even though the inventory level is higher now, compared to last year. Selling 163 more homes makes the difference for sure. The median sales price in Jacksonville last year in September was $132,900. This year the median sales price in Jacksonville for September was $146,000. That’s a difference of 9.9%. Not bad.
