Clay County Real Estate Market Report May 2023
This market report is for single family homes in Middleburg, Fleming Island, Green Cove Springs, Keystone Heights and Orange Park Florida.
May showed us a -2.4% median sales price in Clay County, but still a seller’s market. Sellers are getting less for their homes, but are still showing positive equity compared to say 4 or 5 years ago. If you’re a buyer waiting for a crash, signs are not pointing to that scenario. Call or text me at 904-910-3516 if you would like to discuss options and not wait to get into a home.
