Coventry Neighborhood in Jacksonville Florida

Neighborhood Information

Coventry is a neighborhood located in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville. There are 92 homes, with the first house being built in 1986 and the last one was built in 1995. The houses are 3-4 bedrooms, with sizes starting around 1,931 square feet and goes up to 3,412 square feet. There is a Homeowner’s association, which is around $200 a year. Check out their website, Coventry’s Homeowners Association. The HOA takes care of maintaining the common areas. There are no amenities, but it is a beautiful neighborhood to come home to.

Located off of Mandarin Road, you are super close to San Jose Blvd, also known as SR 13. Just north of the Julington Creek Bridge, so St Johns County is very close. If you’re military, NAS Jax is about 12 miles, which could take 20-35 mins depending on traffic. Downtown is about 16 miles away. Fun at the beach at Ponte Vedra Beach is about 27 miles. Mickler’s Landing is about 21 miles. Historic St Augustine is about 31 miles away.

Duval County School Information
