The Woodlands is a beautiful neighborhood of single family homes that is conveniently located just 21 miles outside of Downtown Jacksonville. Large oak trees and older homes, plus walking distance from the Elementary and Jr High.

What’s the Neighborhood Like?

The homes you would expect to find for sale in the The Woodlands Neighborhood are generally going to range between 1400 and 2700 square feet. Most of the homes were originally built back in  1975 to 1979.  Since then, many of the homes have had updates.  The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with 3 bedrooms with mainly single story homes, but there are some 2 story homes as well. Most of the lots range between 1/4 acre and a 1/2 acre, with a few close to an acre, so there is plenty of room for people to get out and enjoy the beautiful  Northeast Fl weather.

What’s Going on Nearby the The Woodlands Neighborhood?

The Woodlands is located right in the Lakeside Area area of the city. Also close to the Doctor’s Lake area. There is a major hospital less than 3 miles from the neighborhood as well as just about every kind of conceivable shopping in close driving distance. The military station, NAS Jax is less than 10 miles from Lakeside Estates in Orange Park. Two movie theaters to choose from, AMC at the Orange Park Mall and Carmike in Fleming Island, which is just south of range Park. 31 miles to Jacksonville Beach and if you enjoy historic cities, St Augustine is only 40 miles south of Orange Park.

What Schools will the Kids Attend?
