021It’s that time a year again for the azalea bushes to be blooming. They’re a little late blooming this year, must be because of our harsh winter we experienced. Yes, it was harsh to us Floridians. No, we didn’t see any snow in Northeast Florida, but it was cold. 🙂

We are also seeing the Clay County market have an increase in the number of homes on the market and a decrease in the number of homes sold the past couple of months.
