Oldfield Pointe Neighborhood Jacksonville Florida

Oldfield Pointe is a neighborhood in Jacksonville Florida, which is the county of Duval. Located in the Mandarin area that is just east of the St Johns River and has Interstate I295 splitting right through it.

This neighborhood was born in the mid 1980s and was completed in 1997. You know what that means right? Big trees!!!!!! I love big trees and I can not lie! I know, I know corny. 🙂 The lots are also a little bigger, so while its not a huge neighborhood with only 136 homes, it feels bigger since the houses are not on top of each other. The sizes can range from a little over 1,500 square feet to just over 3,500 square feet.

The Home Owner’s Association is ran by people in the neighborhood and not a property management company. They even have their own Facebook Group to keep up with the happenings in the subdivision.
