Looks like a couple of short sales fell through, this time with higher prices as the list price. That could mean that when the bank did a BPO, which stands for broker price opinion and shows the bank a snapshot of what the homes are selling for, under contract and currently available, that the bank wanted more than the buyer wanted to pay.
