Margaret’s Walk at Fleming Island Plantation Fleming Island, Florida

 

This is the one neighborhood of Fleming Island Plantation that is not inside the Plantation, but across from the last entrance of FIP, on Highway 17. Margaret’s Walk is a beautiful gated community with large trees throughout the neighborhood, a park and garden area that’s a nice place to take a stroll or just sit and relax. Also at the park and garden, is a  pedestrian dock that leads you to the St Johns River.

Margaret’s Walk has about 173 single family homes, starting around 1700 square feet, going up to 6900 square feet! Some houses are even on the St Johns River.  So, you can see there is an opportunity for families big or small to call Margaret’s Walk home.

Margaret’s Walk has their own Homeowners association, and is part of  master Fleming Island HOA, and Fleming Island Plantation CDD   

 

 

 

For school age kids, they would attend Robert M Paterson Elementary, Green Cove Springs Jr High and Fleming Island High School. Always check the Clay County School District Transportation Department to confirm which Clay County School, your child will attend, as the school zones can change.

      No only for the residents and their guests. There is a public pool in Green Cove Springs https://www.greencovesprings.com/Facilities/Facility/Details/City-Pool-2 and also at Camp Chowanwaw Park. https://www.claycountygov.com/community/parks-and-recreation/camp-chowenwaw-park/pool
