The Preserve at Eagle Harbor Fleming Island, Florida

The Preserve is a beautiful neighborhood with luxury homes nestled under huge trees, located in the master planned community of Eagle Harbor.

Approximately 57 homes are in the Preserves, with the square footage starting around 2700 and going up to 6200. About 10 homes have access to Mill Cove which is connected to Doctors Lake. There are a variety of lots, with some being one of three lagoons/ponds and some lots without a water view, but with lots of trees.
