Great location, real close to Highway 17 which will take you to 295 in about 10-15 mins, if you head north. You can head south and take the scenic route for a visit to St Augustine in about 50-60 mins.See map below.

There is two schools in Fleming Island Plantation. Fleming Island High School and Thunderbolt Elementary. There’s also a future site for the Jr High, but for now the Jr High the students in Thornhill Homes will attend, is Green Cove Springs Jr High. Always check the Clay County School District Transportation Department to confirm which Clay County School, your child will attend.
