Boat dock off of Doctors Lake in the Eagle Harbor area Doctors Lake Park -Not a boat ramp, but a dock to go fishing at, and sometimes see the manatees. My daughter and I got to witness a hand full of manatees there one day when she was still in school, and said she was “sick.” That’s code that she just wanted to hang out with me. 🙂 You can still launch your kayak in the water and now, you can rent paddle boards here too. The address is 2399 Lakeshore Dr North Fleming Island Fl 32003, which is on Doctors Lake, in the Eagle Harbor area.

Boat Ramps at Knight's at St Johns River and Black Creek Knight’s Boat Ramp and Marina Facility– This is probably the busiest boat ramp in Clay, due to the location. You can launch and either go on the St John’s River, or Black Creek. Lots of parking, but it does fill up fast, so go early. There’s actually 3 ramps to launch from. At one time it was one large one, but they have since added the floating docks, so 3 boats can be set into the water. Kayak’s can launch here as well. The address is 1470 River Lane Green Cove Springs Fl 32043, which is on Highway 17 by the bridge.

Boat ramp at Lakeshore drive in Eagle Harbor neighborhood Lakeshore Boat Ramp– Great location in Eagle Harbor, right past the soccer club. There’s a bathroom and lots of parking, but will fill up fast just like Knight’s Boat ramp. You can stay on Doctors Lake or head out to the St John’s River. Kayaks can be launched here as well. The address is 4300 Lakeshore Dr Fleming Island FL 32003, which is on Doctors Lake, in the Eagle Harbor area.

Boat ramp on Main street in Middleburg Middleburg (Main Street) Boat Ramp – This is a smaller boat ramp with limited parking, that is at Black Creek. You can launch kayaks and rent paddle boards at this location. Bathroom facilities, plus a playground that has been updated. There are docks that lead to Black Creek that are accessible on foot and by wheel chair. The address is 3788 Main Street Middleburg Florida 32068, not far from Blanding.

Old Ferry Boat Ramp in the Lake Asbury area. Old Ferry Boat Ramp– This is one of those spots I don’t really want to give away, since most don’t know about it. Very limited parking and perfect for smaller boats and kayaks. Located at 2231 Old Ferry Road Middleburg FL 32068, which is off of 209 (Russell Road).
