 Fiddlers Ridge  has a single family homes and is one of the older neighborhoods in Eagle Harbor with some homes being built in 1996. There are currently around 64 homes starting at 1800 square feet going up to 3100 square feet.

At the entrance of the neighborhood is a large pond that the residents get to enjoy everyday on their way home. Something else to enjoy, is being so close to the Swim Park at the beginning of Eagle Harbor. Hop on your bike, leave the car in the driveway, get some exercise and take a dip or slide down the water slide! Pond at the entrace

 

You also have access to 2 other water parks and many more amenities at Eagle Harbor.

 The location is great, as I mentioned about being so close to the pool, you’re also close to shopping too. In fact, some bring their golf carts and bikes to get some shopping done instead of driving because they are that close!

 Easy access to highway 17 and County Road 220, places you about 15-20 mins from NAS Jax, about 35-45 mins from downtown Jax and about 50-55 mins from Historic St Augustine. (see map below)

Fiddlers Ridge at Eagle Harbor is part of the Eagle Harbor HOA and The Crossings at Fleming Island Community Development District. The CDD Bond was paid off May 1st 2012, which means the CDD fees will drop to around $524 per year. That’s a huge savings!
